Special Shaadi Cards offers a comprehensive quality guarantee on all products.

In order to minimise any dissatisfaction, we offer a sample service of all our invitations so you can inspect the design before placing your order. All samples are sent out to the same standard to that of an actual invitation order.

If you have placed an order without previously ordering a sample, and then are unhappy with the standard of the product, we cannot offer a refund.

Should we choose to refund/reprint an order that falls outside of these terms, it is in the sole discretion of the Customer Services Manager.
